The system features a switching capacity of 128 Gbit/s in active/standby mode and 256 Gbit/s in load-sharing mode using MCUD/MCUD 1. The switching/forwarding delay for 100 Mbit/s Ethernet ports sending 64-byte packets is shorter than 20 μs.
The system operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +65°C (-40°F to +149°F) and storage temperatures from -40°F to +158°F. It supports operating humidity levels between 5% and 95% RH, atmospheric pressures of 61 to 106 kPa, and altitudes up to 4000 m (13,123 ft).
The system supports up to 32 GPON ports (configured with either 8 or 16 ports per card) and a maximum of 8 10G GPON (XG-PON1) ports (configured with 4 ports per card).
